Vaginal Delivery in Two Cases of Transverse Septum of the Vagina

Abstract
|
|
|
This report describes two cases of transverse septum of the vagina.
The first patient became pregnant after surgical correction. of it and the second one was also diagnosed as having the transverse septum of the vagina by the 9th month of pregnancy, when it was surgically repaired.
They underwent vaginal ´delivery and were spontaneous delivered of a full term of normal babies.
After the delivery, there were no vaginal wall laceration in both cases. They were discharged on the 3rd pospartum day without any complication.
